Webreactor provides subscription-based software products and web development services. The specific terms of each product or service will be outlined in the applicable subscription agreement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Our products are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service as well. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Webreactor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webreactor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
